1. Service
LyDos provides a multi-tenant AI orchestration platform with autonomous agents, security stack, and federation infrastructure. Service availability target: 99.5% monthly uptime, measured by the public status page.
2. Account
You must be at least 16 years old. One natural person per account. You are responsible for the security of credentials you authorize (API keys, KSL devices, OAuth tokens).
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Use LyDos to attack systems you do not own or have written permission to test
- Generate or distribute CSAM, terrorism content, or other content illegal in your jurisdiction
- Resell raw LyDos infrastructure (LLM passthrough, agent execution) without a written commercial agreement
- Reverse-engineer the platform with intent to clone
- Probe for security flaws outside our coordinated disclosure program ([email protected])
4. Pricing & billing
- Free tier: capped per-tenant rate, no SLA
- Paid tiers: monthly recurring; cancel any time, prorated refund within 14 days of charge
- Overage: charged at the published per-unit rate, never silent
5. Termination
- You can close your account any time from the dashboard. 30 day soft-delete, then permanent purge (see Privacy Policy §5)
- We may suspend an account for documented acceptable-use breaches with written notice and a 14-day cure window for non-emergencies
- Emergency suspension (active attack, illegal content) is immediate; you are notified within 24 hours
6. Liability
Service provided "as is". Our liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or (b) €100. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party LLM provider behaviour.
7. Governing law
Turkey (Republic of Türkiye) for accounts billed in TL; Republic of Ireland for EU-based paid accounts; California for US-based paid accounts. Disputes resolved by arbitration in the seat applicable to your jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We will email account owners at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
