LyDos Sovereign AI Orchestration Platform is a platform software that orchestrates artificial intelligence agents, providing task execution, LLM routing, and multi-agent coordination. The platform includes 100+ agents, Q-series engines, 162 MCP tools, and 284 API endpoints.

2. Terms of Use
2.1 Acceptable Use
The platform may only be used under the following conditions:
- Lawful automation tasks and business processes
- Software development, testing, and code review
- Data analysis and reporting
- Security research (white-hat / authorized testing only)
- Content generation and documentation
- API integrations and workflow automation
2.2 Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
- Unauthorized system intrusion or attack attempts
- Spam, phishing, or fraud-oriented automation
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
- Collection or processing of personal data without consent
- Load testing that exceeds platform capacity (rate limit violations)
- Malware generation or distribution
- Unauthorized sharing of API keys with third parties
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. Store your API keys securely; revoke them immediately in the event of loss or theft. The platform uses JWT-based authentication and RBAC authorization.
- API keys are stored encrypted (bcrypt hash)
- Each key has a unique prefix
- Keys are protected by tier-based rate limiting
- Accounts are temporarily restricted upon detection of suspicious activity
4. Service Level and Outage Policy
LyDos targets 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. You can reach the support team in the event of unexpected outages.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, agents, and engines belong to LyDos. Outputs generated by users through the platform belong to the user. Reverse engineering of platform code is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
LyDos does not guarantee the accuracy of agent outputs. Verify outputs before applying them to production systems. The platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated with prior notice. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued access to the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
